Founded by Clive Williams, the Metropolitan New York Chamber of Commerce is built on decades of community organizing and economic development expertise. As CEO, Clive brings a bold vision for equity and a proven commitment to uplifting small businesses across New York’s boroughs — especially Southeast Queens and the Bronx.

Under his leadership, MNYCC centers people first. We’re proud to be led by individuals who understand both the entrepreneurial journey and the policy landscape, ensuring every member has a seat at the table — and the tools to build their own.

Senior Vice President

Christopher Williams serves as Vice President of the Metropolitan New York Chamber of Commerce, continuing the legacy of his father, Clive Williams. A mission-driven leader, Christopher brings years of experience across media, business, and advocacy. His work centers on expanding access, building partnerships, and championing health equity and economic inclusion across New York’s underserved communities.

He is also the Founder of Heart, Body & Soul, Inc., where he leads initiatives that reimagine wellness for Black men, grounded in lived experience, resilience, and community healing.
